5 steps to your «life with intention»
1. Planting a seed
Living with intention means allowing your innermost intentions to blossom. In Buddhist psychology, an intention is seen as the seed that creates our future. This seed symbolises our deepest intentions and will guide our actions and decisions. With the right care, it will grow, blossom and become our life experiences.
2. Focussing on what really matters to you
An intention has many facets: it can be a concrete project, the realisation of a heartfelt wish, a personal guiding principle or living in alignment of your values.
3. Building a foundation for your decisions
An intention serves you for orientation. It determines what you consider as important and what really matters to you - living with a clear intention is the foundation for your decisions.
4. Creating the right conditions
In order for the seed of your intention to blossom, it needs the right conditions: a nutritious soil, the right amount of sunlight, sufficient water and care. Create the conditions that are important for your seed to flourish.
5. Acting mindfully
By being mindful of our thoughts, feelings and sensations, we get to know ourselves better and can therefore direct our actions more purposefully and consciously. These actions nourish the seed and we create our own life experiences.
